   INEQUALITY OF GIRLS

FCA gives proper training to the girls and women for the sizable disadvantage and discrimination that women and girls face arises within their households. In fact, this inequality faced by girls within their households from an early age contributes to worse laterlife outcomes for them. Evidence from India points towards a preference for sons leading to skewed sex ratios and missing women, lower spending on daughters, practices related to dowry, and a general lack of decision making power in the hands of women Female genital mutilation practised in parts of Africa and the Middle East has affected at least 200 million young girls Across most developing countries, property and inheritance rights are stacked in favor of males and women are frequent targets of domestic vio.

Mother and Child Tracking System

The Mother and Child Tracking System was launched in 2009, helps to monitor the health

care system to ensure that all mothers and their children have access to a range of services,

including pregnancy care, medical care during delivery, and immunizations. The system

consists of a database of all pregnancies registered at health care.

PREGNANCY CARE

You are currently in the most blissful state of mind. You are pregnant and awaiting the arrival of your precious

bundle of joy! You can hardly wait to hold your baby in your arms. But wait! Before you do, you must take

proper pregnancy care to ensure that both you and your baby are in the best of health before the happy day

comes.

  • Exercise daily.
  • Eat the right healthy food
  • Take your meds and follow your doctor?s advice
  • Keep the house clean to prevent infection
  • Stock the house with antiseptic and antibacterial cleaners.

Prenatal Care

Prenatal care helps decrease risks during pregnancy and increases the chance of a safe and healthy delivery. Regular prenatal visits can help your doctor monitor your pregnancy and identify any problems or complications before they become serious.

Babies born to mothers who lack prenatal care have triple the chance of being born at a low birth weight. Newborns with low birth weight are five times more likely to die than those whose mothers received prenatal care.

Prenatal care ideally starts at least three months before you begin trying to conceive. Some healthy habits to follow during this period include:

  • quitting smoking and drinking alcohol

  • taking folic acid supplements daily (400 to 800 micrograms)

  • quitting smoking and drinking alcohol

  • taking folic acid supplements daily (400 to 800 micrograms)

  • avoiding all contact with toxic substances and chemicals at home or work that could be harmful

FCA ONLINE EDUCATION

Though it is sharply increasing, the female literacy rate in India is less than the

malliteracrate. Far fewer girls than boys are enrolled in school, and many girls drop out. In

urban India, girls are nearly on a par with boys in terms of education. However, in rural India,

girls continue to be less educated than boys. So FCA gives training and giving coaching

clases during their free time to those womens to get out from illitrate.

Workforce participation

Contrary to common perception, a large percentage of women in India are actively engaged

in traditional and non-traditional work. National data collection agencies accept that statistics

seriously understate women's contribution as workers. However, there are far fewer women

than men in the paid workforce. In urban India, women participate in the workforce in

impressive numbers. For example, in the software industry 30% of the workforce is female.

FCA gives training for the job in local area and help the women to be financial indepentent in

rural places and also giving training and job employment through www.orangeemployment.in

Women-owned businesses

One of the most famous female business success stories, from the rural sector, is the

Papad,Tailoring, Pickle making, pot making, Nursery plants, Textile business, day care,

sweets and savories making, buying bulk and selling in retail. Which gives full training in

FCA and also guide to start the women owned businesses.

 Crimes against women

India is the fourth most dangerous place in the world for women to live in.The survey itself has been criticized

for bias.Women belonging to any class, caste, creed or religion can bevictims of this cruel form of violence and

disfigurement, a premeditated crime intended to kill or maim permanently and act as a lesson to put a woman

in her place. In India, acid attacks on women who dared to refuse a man's proposal of marriage or asked for a

divorce are a form of revenge. Acid is cheap, easily available, and the quickest way to destroy a woman's life.

The number of acid attacks has been rising.

FCA helps women by giving training by educate them through oppose force like Karate, Jude to rescue them from the crimes
Child marriage

Child  marriage has been traditionally prevalent in India but is not so continued in Modern

India to this day. Historically, child brides would live with their parents until they reached

puberty. In the past, child widows were condemned to a life of great agony, shaved heads,

living in isolation, and being shunned by society.Although child marriage was outlawed in

1860, it is still a common practice. FCA gives counsiling and training to both parents and

children how to get out from these situation from relation and community.

 Domestic violence

Domestic violence toward women is considered as any type of abuse that can be considered a threat; it

can also be physical, psychological, or sexual abuse to any current or former partner. Domestic violence

is not handled as a crime or complaint, it is seen more as a private or familymatter. In determining the

category of a complaint, it is based on caste class, religious bias and race which also determines whether

action is to be taken or not. Many studies have reported about theprevalence of the violence and have

taken a criminal-justice approach, but most woman refuse to report it. These women are guaranteed

constitutional justice, dignity and equality but continue to refuse

Based on their sociocultural contexts. As the women refuse to speak of the violence and find help, they are also not receiving the proper treatment. FCA gives counsiling and training to both parents and children how to get out from these situation from relation and community.

 Dowry

In 1961, the Government of India passed the Dowry Prohibition Act, making dowry demands

in wedding arrangements illegal. However, many cases of dowry-related domestic violence,

suicides and murders have been reported. In the 1980s, numerous such cases were

reported. Here FCA plays a valuable role to give proper knowledge to avoid the situation by

giving counsiling to the suicides attempts and give them training to live the women in

Female infanticide and sex-selective abortion

In India, the male-female sex ratio is skewed dramatically in favour of men, the chief reason

being the high number of women who die before reaching adulthood. FCA gives training to

young girls regarding this with trained Doctors so that it help young girls to be alert during

victims

Ultrasound scans often reveal the sex of the baby, allowing pregnant women to decide to

abort female foetuses and try again later for a male child. This practice is usually considered

the main reason for the change in the ratio of male to female children being born.

Female infanticide (killing of infant girls) is still prevalent in some rural areas.Sometimes this

is infanticide by neglect, for example families may not spend money on critical medicines or

withhold care from a sick girl. FCA gives training to married women equality between male

and female child.

 Health

The average female life expectancy today in India is low compared to many countries, but it

has shown gradual improvement over the years. In many families, especially rural ones, girls

and women face nutritional discrimination within the family, and are anaemic and

malnourished.Almost half of adolescent girls are chronically malnourished. In addition, poor

nutrition during pregnancy often leads to birth complications.

In rural areas, most of women deliver with the help of women in the family, contradictory to

the fact that the unprofessional or unskilled deliverer lacks the knowledge about

pregnancy.FCA gives very important role to give full knowledge about the womens health

part by giving training and services according to women health conditions

Family planning

?

The average woman living in a rural area in India has little or no control over becoming

pregnant. Women, particularly in rural areas, do not have access to safe and self-controlled

methods of contraception. The public health system emphasises permanent methods like

sterilisation, or long-term methods like IUDs that do not need follow-up. FCA doctors gives

training with treatment to overcome the situation, so that to have years between two childs

and also give training with the help of concern doctors.
